Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery
- We work with trusted local and international courier partners to deliver orders safely and efficiently.
- Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier service selected.
- Estimated delivery times are shared at checkout or during order confirmation.
Please note:
- Delivery delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
- Once an order has been dispatched, delivery responsibility transfers to the courier.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
- We are not liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact information.
Additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Due to the consumable and hygienic nature of herbal teas and wellness products, we maintain a strict but a very fair return policy.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals after delivery
- Items returned due to change of mind
These items cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:
- The item delivered is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear photo or video evidence is provided
Requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where applicable.
- Refund processing time may take 2–5 business days, depending on the payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of verified errors on our part.
CANCELLATIONS
- Orders may only be cancelled before processing begins.
- Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
